Coaching is integrated throughout the E3C3 Experience — not as an add-on, but as a mindset. We coach each other through feedback, reflection, and support. We practice being coachable. Whether through peer discussions, facilitator prompts, or guided exercises, we create the conditions for powerful insight and sustainable growth.
