E3C3 workshops

Base Camp

Duration: 4 hours

The journey toward elevated leadership begins at Base Camp. This interactive workshop prepares individuals and teams to get the most out of future leadership development efforts by focusing on Leadership Readiness. Through assessments, reflection, and guided discussion, participants gain clarity on where they are today and what’s needed to meet the leadership challenges ahead. Base Camp sets the foundation for meaningful growth and sustained impact. 

Ascent

 Duration: 8 hours
The Ascent workshop is a dynamic, tailored experience designed to help leaders apply the Six Core Elements of Elevated Leadership — Embrace, Empower, Engage, Challenge, Coach, and Celebrate — to their real-world challenges. Participants learn to navigate complexity, build stronger teams, and elevate their leadership effectiveness through practical application and shared learning. Ascent is where leadership development becomes transformation in action.

Summit

Duration: 90 days
The Summit is a personalized, 90-day coaching experience focused on action, accountability, and growth. Leaders work one-on-one with an E3C3 coach to apply the Six Core Elements to their unique leadership goals and challenges. Through structured reflection, feedback, and measurable progress, participants turn insights into habits and elevate their long-term leadership impact — both personally and professionally. 

Project Leadership Challenge

The Project Leadership Challenge is a dynamic development program designed to equip project leaders with the skills to influence, motivate, and deliver results in today’s complex environments. Through highly interactive workshops, participants tackle real-world challenges such as leading without authority, managing change, and aligning projects with strategy. The program builds critical competencies in vision, communication, adaptability, empowerment, and accountability—helping leaders drive successful outcomes through people.
